Kitsap Regional Library provides free, inclusive access to accessible large and small spaces to support our community's needs. Rooms are available to the public on equal terms and must abide by the Library’s Meeting Room Policy, opens a new window, the policy procedures, opens a new window and Standards for Patron Conduct,, opens a new window as well as guidelines specific to each location. While Kitsap Regional Library spaces are free, some rooms are owned by community partners who may charge fees for their use.
Use of a meeting room does not constitute an endorsement or sponsorship by Kitsap Regional Library of a program or points of view expressed within the program.
Study Rooms
Bainbridge has 3 study rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Amenities: 1 table and 2 chairs.
Large Community Room
Fee required. The Bainbridge Public Library, Inc. Board of Directors oversees the Large Community Room rental and fee collection. For more information online or call (206) 866-1250.
Amenities: 7 tables, 100 chairs, a PA system with hearing assistive technology, an LCD projector, and a sink.
Downstairs Room
Amenities: 6 tables, 24 chairs, and a screen. (Library staff may briefly walk through to access work spaces.)
Upstairs Room
Amenities: 6 tables and 12 chairs.
Heninger Room
Amenities: 10 tables, 70 chairs, lectern, whiteboard and TV.
Study Room
Amenities: 1 table and 4 chairs.
Kingston Study Room
This room is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Amenities: 1 table and 4 chairs.
Community Room
Amenities: 5 tables, 25 chairs, public Wi-Fi, sink, whiteboard, and a 48-inch screen with HDMI connection.
Community Room
The room is not private and minor interruptions may occur.
Amenities: 6 tables, 20 chairs, public Wi-Fi, sink, whiteboard, and a 38-inch screen with HDMI connection.
Community Room
Fee required. The Friends of Manchester Library oversees meeting room rental and fee collection and determines the rates and policies for room rental.
Call (360) 447-5430 to reserve. The Community Room can be rented for a minimum of one hour and in increments of 30 minutes thereafter. View the fee schedule, user requirements, and the procedure to use the meeting room after library hours.

Large Community Room
Amenities: 15 tables, 80 chairs, sink, 120" projection screen, sound system with HDMI port only, microphone stand, AV kit with HDMI cable & microphone available upon request.
Small Community Room
Amenities: 1 table, 8 chairs, whiteboard, and 65" TV with HDMI port only.
Salish Room
Amenities: 6 tables, 40 chairs, whiteboard, screen, projector, and TV.
Meet & Study Rooms 1 & 2
Amenities: 1 table, 4 chairs, and a whiteboard.
Teen Meet & Study Rooms 1 & 2
Available to teens on a first-come, first-served basis.
Amenities: 1 table, 4 chairs, and a whiteboard.
Phone Booths 1 & 2
Amenities: 1 stool and 1 countertop.
