Hispanic Heritage Month

National Hispanic Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month

From September 15 to October 15, celebrate the generations of Americans with ancestry in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America, and Spain who have influenced and enriched our nation and society. This year's national theme is "Pioneers of Change: Shaping the Future Together." Explore our curated book lists and resources celebrating the many voices, achievements, and stories highlighted in Hispanic Heritage Month.

Heritage Month & Identity Celebrations

Aligned with our values of equity, service, and curiosity, Kitsap Regional Library proudly celebrates a range of heritage months throughout the year. Our goal is to honor and reflect the unique makeup of our community—with a focus on recognizing historically marginalized communities—and demonstrate that we are open to all.
